The S&P down grade is officially the Tea Party downgrade. So say David Axelrod and John Kerry. When I was teenager in the late fifties there was a song called "Finger Popping Time" The latest "liberal" version is out and it's called "Finger Pointing Time". Anytime their policies or laws backfire (which lately is every month) they re-introduce "Finger Pointing Time". This is the new narrative folks...get use  it!!
