Non-Poliferation

Well now Pres. Obama has made a deal on nuclear weapons with the Russians. When we were kids there was a term we used to define a resounding defeat on one basketball team by another team. They ate their lunch!! The Russians have eaten his lunch and dinner. Some of their nuclear weapons were going to be discarded anyway.

Since Pres. Obama is a basketball fan he is probably aware of the term.
But he doesn't seem to see the scoreboard.
