Better late than never. From the beginning Schumer thought is was about money- making sure the Feds pay for the trials. Whether they should or shouldn't be held in NY for obvious reasons was not on his radar. Is It any wonder since September of 2009 Schumer has lost 7 points in a poll done by Marist recently.
