KSM Trial In New York

Oklahoma Representative Dan Boren becomes the latest congresional Democrat to come out against trying KSM in civilian court in New York. Yesterday, Senators Webb, Lincoln, Lieberman, Graham, McCain, and Collins sent a letter to Holder urging him to reverse course on the trial.....Weekly Standard 01/27/2010

Fitz's Comment...It seems everyone is against trying KSM in New York except Senator Schumer and Gillebrand. Did I mention they are New York's Senators!
