Webb: Stop Senate votes until Brown is seated
By Michael O'Brien - 01/19/10 10:00 PM ET The Hill
The Senate should suspend votes until Senator-elect Scott Brown (R-Mass.) can be seated, one of his new Democratic colleagues said Tuesday.
Webb said the upper chamber shouldn't move forward with healthcare or any other bills until Brown is sworn in.
Fitz's comment....In addition to Webb, a Dem State Senator from Massachuttes wants Brown seated as soon as possible. Is the tide turning? Do the centrist Dems see the writting on the wall. I hope they can turn the light on in the White House.
